The Islamic Call University College was licensed by the National Council for Higher Education on 21st March 2011 and issued a provisional license to operate as a private university in Uganda. The University’s aim is to acquaint students with an education responsive to human needs, Islamic ethics, and entrepreneurial skills.
Bachelor of Islamic Studies and Arabic Language course is the core value on which the institution runs. And one other aspect, the Islamic code of dress is enforced and the Arabic language is compulsory. Our Students possess qualities of integrity, teamwork, innovation, and above all an ethical code of conduct.

Programmes
The Islamic Call University College offers a number of Degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes which are designed to develop a cadre of professionals with lifelong scientific, technological and entrepreneurial skills for national and international development. They include; Bachelor of Islamic Banking and Finance, Bachelor of Islamic Studies and Arabic Language, Bachelor of Arts in Sharia among others.
Application Procedures
The programmes are offered in two intakes of September and January Semesters.
Application is made through filling an application form obtained at a non refundable application fee at the Main Campus. You may also download the application form from here and pay for it on submission.
The application form must be fully filled and the relevant academic documents attached. It must be returned to the Admissions Office of the University according to the set deadline dates obtained from the Admissions office.
