Finance Uncovered is an investigative journalism training and reporting project. They train journalists and campaigners from around the world to follow the money. They leverage their global network of investigative journalists to deliver hard-hitting investigations on global economic issues.

Scholarship Description
- Applications Deadline: 19 June, 2018
- Course Level: This is a five-day intensive course available to Journalists.
- Study Subject: Five-day financial investigative journalism and data security training course at City University, London.
- Scholarship Award: Bursaries are available for journalists from the developing world and Eastern Europe. Bursaries cover visa fees, travel, accommodation and per diems for food and travel in London. Due to the limited number of bursaries, applicants will be selected on their track record in investigative journalism. As we tend to be over-subscribed some candidates will be placed on a waiting list for our 2019 courses.

Eligibility for the Scholarship
Eligible Countries: Available to students of developing countries, including Uganda, Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania.
English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
