St. Jude Preparatory Primary school opened in 2008, our Primary School serves our home members as well as the surrounding communities.
It welcomes about 320 students, of which an estimated 60 students live in the orphanage. The lessons at this centre aim to prepare our children for the tests conducted by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB), which awards education diplomas to successful candidates.
More importantly, through primary education we expect to provide our children with critical thinking and a sensitive understanding of the world, fundamental tools for our communities’ empowerment and flourishing.
