Nateete Junior School is a private mixed Day and Boarding primary school which is fully registered by the Ministry of Education and Sports with a UNEB number is 130598. Nateete junior School is located along Sembera Road, Church Zone, Nateete parish, Lubaga Division, Kampala District- Uganda.
This school is strategically located to access electricity, Tap water, telephone lines and easy transport. It’s a 15 minute drive from the city centre. The school is proud to be next and associated with the famous Alexander Mackay first classroom – the Cave, where he used to teach the king’s pages the basics of reading and writing in the 19th century.
History: The school opened its doors to the citizens on 11th January 2000 as a pre- primary school then, with 17 teachers and 4 Teachers. It was started by one Gallant son of the land in the name of Jackson Ssembatya Ddungu, who felt that it was his ritual obligation to start a school to elevate the status of education in his local area. Today, it has a population of 455 pupils from 3 year olds to 13 year olds, being taken care of by a staff of 23 teachers.

The integration of information technology (I.T) in our teaching and learning has made learning fun and promoted research to both teachers and pupils.
