Mbarara Preparatory School follows and provides the Ministry of Education and Sports Curriculum for Primary Schools. The school aims at creating resourceful and responsible citizens with high sense of discipline and spiritual values and yet academically viable. The school also provides several sports activities i.e. indoor games which include chess and table tennis. It encourages pupils to participate in out door games. It has a sports programs which enables pupils to play football, netball, golf, volleyball and lawn tennis.
