Karujanga Primary School was founded in 1947 by the Roman Catholic Church. It has since become government-aided and now supports 588 students, all of whom are day scholars.There are 14 teachers using 11 permanent classrooms. 2007 government grants totaled 2,000.000 shillings ($1,250).
