Biikira Boys’ Demonstration School was founded in 1907 by Catholic Missionaries to serve as a demonstration school for the nearby teachers’ training college. It is believed to be one of the oldest schools in Rakai District and Masaka Diocese.

Biikira Boys’ Demonstration School charges no fees other than $1.80 per month for lunch. The school is lacking in teachers” quarters, typewriters, computers etc.
