Uganda Technical College – Kichwamba (UTC – KI) is a Public Tertiary Institution located in Kabarole District, 14 km on the Fort portal – Bundibugyo highway. It is governed in accordance to the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act (2003) as amended. It offers programs leading to the award of National and Higher Diplomas in Engineering and ICT.
VISION. To be a leading regional institution in the training of Technicians and Engineers.
MISSION. To enable trainees acquire knowledge and skills in science and technology aimed at producing a competent graduate who contributes towards individual and national development in a changing world of work.
