Institute of Advanced Leadership | IAL-U commenced operations with a small investment in 2000 and has since grown into an organization of 20 full-time employees, dozens of volunteers, associate lecturers and professionals. Our span of influence stretches across Uganda, Rwanda, DR Congo and South Sudan
Institute of Advanced Leadership (IAL-U) integrated approach of providing leadership training with core educational curriculum has changed the thinking and attitudes of participants, to create the type of leaders who have the skills, attitudes and approach necessary to end poverty and wars in their country.

The Institute of Advanced Leadership (IAL-U) Board of Directors consists of five prominent members that meet on a monthly basis to agree upon key strategic matters for the Institute. In aggregate the Board consists of over thirty-five years of industry and educational experience and is dedicated to advancing the mission statement of the IAL-Uganda.
