Safari kindergarten is located next to the China Uganda friendship Hospital at Naguru, Kampala. It was founded by Mrs. Anne Humphreys in 1968. When she left for UK in 1973, it was continued by current headmistress Mrs. Hilda Mpairwe who had been headmistress of the child study centre at the institute of education of Makerere University.
Safari kindergarten school takes pride as it joins other Ugandans in [related_posts]celebrating 50 years of independence. In the 44 years of its existence the school has enabled thousands of children to gain a solid foundation that has enabled them to mature into responsible citizens.
Many of Safari kindergarten school former students are accountants, architects, bank managers, doctors, engineers, lawyers, pharmacists, pastors, parents, pilots, researchers and teachers serving mankind in different parts of the world. One of them is a member of the British Parliament
